Well, if you see this and haven’t signed up, it is now officially too late to register & pay. You can however email us at info@windsorultimate.com, and request to be put on the waiting list. People on the waiting list will NOT be put on teams with friends (teams are already picked and balanced!).

For those of you who HAVE registered, but did not pay, you have by Wednesday to pay, or you we have other people standing by on the waiting list to take your place. Payment options of course are Paypal or check on the field (no cash!).

Not registered yet? Well hurry!

Just a reminder…

This saturday we will be selecting teams.  IF YOU DID NOT REGISTER YET, you will NOT be on a team.  We cannot obviously assign people that do not register.  So if you loved the clinics (and Ultimate Frisbee), but did not register, please do so by Saturday.  Otherwise late registration might not guarantee you a spot (after teams are chosen).

For those that HAVE registered, please be aware that if payment is not received by next week Wednesday (1st start of season – league game) you will not be able to play.

Also, if you haven’t registered, you are missing out on our informative newsletter, which we send out quite regularly to all league sign-ups / payee’s, so do it today! ;)

If you are still on the fence, and waiting for the clinics to come around to come out and get a taste for the sport, please do so.  However, feel free to sign-up for our Windsor Ultimate newsletter first!  You will get the latest news and updates from the league.  So if you are still hesitant, but planning on coming out to try, get a newsletter here:

Beat the Heat!

Now that we are moving into the hot weather, here are some tips on how to beat the heat:
  • Make sure to take plenty of rest breaks, always stay properly hydrated, and wear lightweight clothing.
  • Wear sunscreen & a hat
  • Plan to exercise during the early morning or late evening if possible, when the temperatures tend to be cooler.
  • If someone shows warning signs of heat illness, get the victim to a shady area right away. Try to cool the victim immediately with a wet cloth, or spray from a cool shower or garden hose. Seek out medical help as soon as possible.
