Team-Mate Ranking how-to

Leadership is getting players to believe in you. If you tell a teammate you're ready to play as tough as you're able to, you'd better go out there and do it. Players will see right through a phony. And they can tell when you're not giving it all you've got. Larry Bird

Our League Management site, is a social network for Ultimate Frisbee, and with that in mind, we aim to balance and provide the best experience possible for our members. Part of this includes a feature for skill ranking your team-mates. This guide aims to outline the simple process of ranking your current or former team-mates.

  1. Pre-requisites

Before you try rating someone, you must first be a paid member of a current or former league (Summer, Indoor, etc;). If you are not, a member, then you cannot rate anyone due to lack of knowledge of their skills in regular game-play. Sorry.
You can only rate your own team-mates, not others from another team.

  2. Finding your team & a team-member to rate

A good starting point is your public profile, which you can get to by clicking on your username in the top right hand corner (you need to be logged in to do this). Once you are on your profile look at your list of team memberships and pick a team to view. Clicking the team will bring you to its member page.

  3. Rating a team-mate

We make the process easy by providing you with voting buttons to make your selection. Click on the rating stars to fill out a simple form on their skills.

To rate, click the 3 stars button. The green check-mark lets you know you already rated that player

  4. Complete the skills form

After you click on someones rating stars button, a form with attributes will come up (things like endurance, speed, knowledge of rules, etc;).

Use your best judgement and complete this simple form. When done, click the "Save your Rating" button to finish and move on to another player. The process is ment to be quick and flexible.
